我注意到从链接断开到它再次恢复的时间正好有 30 秒。OSPF Hello 在非广播链路上默认为 30 秒。您的保持计时器设置为多少?

您可以在 vlan 接口下配置“no auto-state”命令来禁用 SVI 的 up/down 功能。
